Migrating and Upgrading to Joomla! 4.x • How remove protected extensions?

I got message from pre-update:

"Extension does not offer a compatible version for the selected target version of Joomla. This could mean the extension does not use the Joomla update system or the developer has not provided compatibility information for this Joomla version yet.
Extension Name
- mod_weblinks
- PHPMailer
- mod_online
- PKG_JOOMLA"

I tried remove all of this, but can't because they are protected extensions. I tried updated to Joomla 4 but all site krasched.

I relly dont want from a clean Joomla installation because my page are big. What should I do?
